Reflect active import/export file name throughout model

I'm using multiple files with 3 scenarios in most...

I've noticed that if i Import a file, i can then Update Export to that file.. and if i have created a new one in the model, of course i can export to a new file and then update it.

But, is there any reflection of the current file in use? that would become a factor after creating a new export file or after importing from an existing file.

Would be quite helpful to have that file name reflected somewhere throughout the model - on each page. Without understanding the model coding, would be ideal for it to be reflected above the Red Bar on each page - but anywhere would be nice.
