If you think you’ve discovered a problem with PRC Gold, please send us an email that describes the problem you’re seeing via the link shown below. Please include the version identifier of the calculator you’re running (such as PRC2021.1.5) and attach an export file (not the entire calculator) to facilitate our investigation. You can easily create this file by clicking the “Create & Save an Export File” button on the tool’s Home page as shown in the screenshot below. We’ll be in touch as soon as possible and will never share your file with anyone, ever.
