Misc. Expenses

We would benefit greatly if we had many more rows in the Misc Expense section to capture various expenses for those of us who are forced to use this section instead of the healthcare section. We need these rows which will facilitate various time periods. I know we could wait until 2024 when the new PRC rolls out, but it would be extra nice now.
