Not sure, with webPRC on near horizon, how much time/effort to spend on understanding, trying to solve & reporting possible PRC Excel issues. Noticed a couple things within the 2024 v1.4 release. In any case, without too much time chasing cause or great debug detail, below is more potentially serious observation...
PRC appears to hang (wait time >30 minutes) when attempting "Expenses -> Term Life Insurance; Compute Insurance Estimates" - Repeatable for same Import File and Scenario. Also ran against PRC launch loaded "Dick & Jane" file - Same failure. Each instance required Task Manager -> End Task. Page 171 of 2024 UM covers this feature and AFAIK all related data has been specified. Again, probably not using, understanding PRC correctly but don't think any application should essentially crash regardless of Cockpit error...

@bo3b I appreciate you reporting the life insurance infinite loop. This issue crept in sometime during a PRC2023 modification and was carried forward into PRC2024. I tracked down and fixed the issue today in PRC2024 (v1.5).
