How-do-I Do a Particular Thing in PRC?

On the Financial Assets - Initialization page, we specify the ROR next to the HSA balance (new for 2023).
I see the ROR column but there is another column to the immediate right that has a dropdown list of values. What are these values specifying?
See attached screenshot. The new manual states: "Health Savings Account > Real ROR and Standard Deviation
New for PRC2023, ROR for your HSA has moved to the Initial Balances page and applies to all scenarios." Is this dropdown list for Std Dev or something else?
Please advise.

Yes, that's for standard deviation but it's hidden so isn't being used (I'll remove it altogether in a near-term update). Standard deviation is determined automatically in PRC2023.
