How to create a shortcut icon to desktop, please. Have tried the standard method (right click and send to...) but do not get the "send to" option.

Any ideas?

thanks

What version of Windows do you have? I have Windows 11. I right clicked on the desktop, then I clicked "show more options" at the bottom of the window" then click New, Shortcut. Open up the login page in your browser and copy the address bar contents to the Create Shortcut window. That's what worked for me.

Windows 11: Right click file, select "Show More Options," then select "Send To" to get it to the desktop. I suspect it is the same in WIN 10

@nc-cpl do not get the "show more options", etc in windows 10. Was able to shortcut the 2021 last year, but not the 2022?

Did it. By going to "save as" option in the file sub-heading. All good. Thanks for the help.
