I'm invested in about 12 commercial deals that generate dividends/distributions and issue K1 or 1099 statements. In addition I own an S corp that generates distributions and a K1, Finally, I own 2 rental properties. Does PRC accept these assets and if so, how is that accomplished. and, does the tool handle the amount of investments described in this topic.

Marc,

PRC models rental properties explicitly on the Rental Property Expense page. The other investments can be modeled, but not explicitly. My thought is that the S corp would be modeled as an Other Income Stream on the Income page; however, this doesn't do anything to include your equity in your net worth so that would have to be handled separately, somehow (such as windfall income if and when it's sold). The 12 commercial deals that generate income could also be handled that way OR they might be modeled as one of your asset classes on the Financial Assets pages. You'll just need to determine which way works best.
