Have a file where all three scenarios are identical. I use this to make small changes to one and see the impact, using the other two as my "baseline." As a "first pass check" I compare the final net worth in the Tabular views to make sure they are identical, but today, S3 starts at a significantly higher number than S1 and S2. No explanation I can find for why this is happening. Went back and made sure to copy over the data whenever possible from S1 to S2 and S3, but no change noted.
It would appear you need to run an analysis first for the net worths to equalize across identical scenarios. I was skipping this step assuming they would all be the same in tabular view without having to do that first. This was necessary as I was comparing different mortgage rate/point combinations on final EOL net worth
