The PRC manual says that prior to 2022, PRC would average the calculated tax rates in order to do this effective->absolute calculation, but now provides the field under Financial Assets->Management to handle that. I'm assuming that if you put nothing here, PRC still does the averaging. It would be good to see that calculated average somewhere, and maybe in the tabular results under the effective tax column to put the average at the bottom or elsewhere.

No, it no longer generates an average; it simply uses the rate specified on the FA > Mgmt page. I'll consider an enhancement of some for 2023.
