Hi Stuart. I'm not seeing the upgrade offer price, only the $89 price. I hope I didn't cause myself a problem. I am logged into my normal account, but yesterday in preparation for using the online version I decided to change my username and email address associated with the account. I wouldn't think this causes the problem, but wanted to put it out there. I just no saw another post saying that you were going to remove the discount March 1, but I was relying on the email that said I had until 3/15. I hope you can help with this.
@debit If you'll click the "Subscribe Now" button you'll be taken to another page that will show the first-year discounted to $40 and subsequent renewals at $89. And to confirm, the discount amounts will not change until March 15. Let me know if you have any further questions or problems.

Actually it looks like I wasn't able to change my username, and I would like to, even if I have to start my account over somehow. So I guess I will need help with that as well. Thanks so much.
@debit You cannot change your username yourself. If you'll just email me (mail@pralanaconsulting.com) the username you want to use, I'll make the change and let you know when it's been done. You' cannot be logged out of pralana online while that's being done, so we probably need to make this change before you do the upgrade. I'll be looking for your mail.
