Cost to upgrade Pralana gold to web version

The cost of the excel version is $99. Web version is $119/year. If I buy the excel verison right now (for $99), how much is the cost to upgrade to the Web version? I hope is is $20?What are the functions that are available in the excel version that are not available in the Web version?

I have been charged twice in July for Pralana online. Is there somewhere I can email to get this rectified?

@ellenbethwhotmail-com As explained in the newsletters I sent this week, this was the result of recovering from a website failure and restoration of our customer database. I'm in the process of issuing refunds for those extra charges and I can confirm that you're on the list. Thanks for your patience on this.
