I just purchased PRC2025 (Gold). The order shows, but when I click on the PRC2025 in the order, it says there is no content associated with that membership. Where do I download PRC2025? Thanks!
@bsheave You need to login and go to the Members page. Maybe scroll down a bit and you'll see the button to get a PRC2025 Update.

@smatthews51 I’ve done that. I see the update button ($0.00), I’ve clicked it to Add to Cart, gotten confirmation of my order via email, logged out and logged back in, go to the member page and have the exact same button. It seems odd to be using an update button when this is my initial purchase. ??
@bsheave Right, you should have been taken to a page with the Download button in conjunction with your initial purchase. But if that page somehow gets dismissed, you have to login as I described to get another download button.

There seems to be a similar challenge with the User Manual Download - whether trying to download directly from the website or from the tab in the excel file. I'm speaking specifically to the Bronze version.
