I have successfully downloaded PRC gold onto two computers. When I replaced one of them, I tried to download PRC gold onto the new machine. Excel first tried to repair the file and then failed, indicating the file was corrupted. Thinking that there could have been a problem with transmission, I deleted the file and tried to download PRC gold again. The same thing happened. Any ideas what is going on?
@vmaluegyahoo-com This is typically an indication of a problem with your Excel configuration. The Get PRC page of the Pralana website offers some guidance relative older versions of Excel, such as 2007 and 2010. For newer versions, there might some installation issue.

That was the problem. Excel Service Pack 3 was all that was needed and I'm off and running again. Thanks. Great Product!
