 I just upgraded from PRC 2021 and did an export then tried to import into 2023 and received the error message above. Do I really have to re-key all my data?

 Adam,
PRC has always been designed to import only from the same model year or the one just prior. I just gave you a complimentary license to PRC2022, so you can login and download that and use it to bridge the gap between PRC2021 and PRC2023 (do your import in two steps).

 When I go to my account dashboard and click on recent orders I get a 404 error (see attached screen capture).

 Ok - it's working now. I was able to go from 2021 to 2022 and now 2023. Thanks for the help.
