I have a case with an AGI of $57,737 of and a SLCSP of $21,000 in Period 3 that produces a subsidy amount of $21,000. I do not believe this is correct.

You're right. I just discovered two blanks rows had inadvertently been added to a look-up table used to calculate these subsidies and that's causing the subsidies to be a little too high. This will be fixed in v2.6.
