I created a 2020 export file. I then imported to 2021. However, I see differences in the property expense section, namely information from prior saves in 2020 that are no longer present in my current 2020 file. Example: S1 2021 has a retirement home value that is not present in S1 2020, it also has names of cars that are not in S1 2020, but were used in prior saves of my 2020 file. Also, S1 and S2 in the 2021 version have cars (with blank values) that are not in S1 and S2 2020. However, S3 2021 seems to be the same as S3 2020.
Healthcare expense section also did not import correctly
Hi William, this type of problem is probably best addressed by going to the Contact page and submitting a Gold Problem Report and, ideally, including an export file that enables the reported problem to be investigated. With that said, I did investigate both of your reported issues (property page and healthcare page import issues) at a generic level and cannot replicate them on my system. What I need to address this is the 2020 export file you imported into the 2021 version. Thanks!
