Is there any way to configure PRC so that a "cash bucket" can be established and maintained (preserved over time) by designating other assets for periodic liquidation to refill this bucket? Ideally it would be visible in the Graphical Projections>Savings and Net Worth chart.
PRC has a Cash Account which operates as described on page 9 of the User Manual, and it's one of the accounts graphed on the Savings and Net Worth chart. Are you looking for something beyond this?

A cash account with a balance that remains "constant" and is replenished from tax-deferred accounts throughout the modeling period you specify. For example, you'd always have two years of living expenses (calculated from expenses sheet) allocated to this account as cash, adjusting for inflation.
