Hi

I want to make two of my property's Annual Operating cost categories "non-essential".

Today, as I understand it, all property operating costs listed in the Annual Operating Cost table are by definition "essential". Placing these non-essential property costs in either phased or miscellaneous expense tables does not allow PRC to stop these expenses when the property is sold. The two non-essential expense categories are "Home-Maintenance" and "Home - Improvement". See attached image.

Ultimately, I want to:

Group these two expenses in the property Annual Operating cost table, classify them as Non-Essential so that I don't have to remember to account for these costs elsewhere in PRC when I do property "Sale / Buy" or "Sale / Rent" what-if scenarios and/or employ the variable expense features.

Is there a solution here?

@scooteriam There is no way to do this with the current design but I understand your desire and am putting this on the candidate enhancement list for Pralana Online.
