Was reading this:

and was curious if you planned to make updates to Gold 2021 to take these new rules into account?

Yes, I'm currently working on an enhancement to PRC2021 to incorporate these changes. I'll send out a newsletter when the new version is available, and I expect that to occur in the first half of April.
