This may be most applicable to those considering early retirement. I'm glad Pralana let's me put in Healthcare inflation numbers over and above regular inflation. I'm not so glad to read the projected ACA marketplace premium increases for 2026 in the report linked below. The TL;DR is this - For 2026, across 312 insurers across 50 the median proposed premium increase is 18%
