Is the Tax Credit for Other Dependents built into Pralana?

My daughter is 18, in college and remains a dependent. She is not eligible for the Child Tax Credit, but she is eligible for this $500 credit. I didn't see reference to it, but wanted to task.

@skbajcecc No, it looks like this is one we missed. Please use the Feedback mechanism within the tool to submit this as an enhancement. Thanks!

Update on this: The 2025/08/15 release adds a new field “Final Year as a Dependent” which gives you the flexibility to specify that a child or other person is a dependent after age 16 and while not in college. Typical uses include:
• Children with gap year(s) between high school and college.
• Children in college beyond age 23.
• Disabled children or others who qualify as dependents for Federal tax purposes.

With release 2025/08/15.1, these dependents (over 16) will qualify for the $500 tax credit on IRS Form 8812.
