In my Scenarios 1 and 2, I have listed my current home's info in the Property Info section. There is no mortgage, lien, or loan on this property, so I have not listed it under "First Lien" tab.
Pralana Online gives the following error:
Pralana cannot calculate the cash flow from one of your loans due to a missing required input in scenario 2: Existing Property First Mortgage field: Balance at Plan Start.
