I am retired and using my wife's health insurance. I have signed up for medicare part A but don't plan to use part B or D until my wife retires in 2037. It looks as if Pralana cannot calculate my premiums since I am not enrolling in part B and D in "the plan start year or the following year" as described in the manual. My assumption is I have not "started medicare" even though I signed up for part A. Am I looking at this correctly?

@patton525 Yes, when we refer to Medicare premiums, we're referring to Part B premiums and surcharges and Part D surcharges.
