Although the user manual mentions an "interest only" field for mortgages, it doesn't appear in my view. Is it a future feature?

I'm trying to show a refinance for a rental property starting in 2029 (property was purchased and loan issued in 2022), but it's showing zeroes across the board in the loan amortization view. I tried removing the refinance and re-adding it, but no luck.
