I'm modeling the purchase of a future personal property and future vacation home for a current renter. Both properties show up in the property info tab. But in the New Loans tab I can only enter the information on one of them. That is, I can select one of the two in the property drop box, but after filling in the fields I don't get a new line to enter the data for the second one?
And during a previous delete/re-start attempt to trouble shoot this issue, I once DID get a second line. But even though I put a future mortgage for the property, it was treated as both an all cash purchase in the tabular data and I think also showed loan payments. So I deleted and started yet again but now an still stuck on only having one property line in the loan section.
(I've shared the plan with site administrators btw).
