I'm a new user, just getting set up. When I enter in the information for my rental property, on the Cash Flow tab it shows sub-tabs for Cash Flow Summary and Cash Flow by Property, with options to Create a PDF or Export to Excel.
When I create the PDF, I see the cash flow in a separate browser window. But I cannot see the cash flow table on the actual Cash Flow tab page in Pralana itself. I have Historical Sequence Analysis active. Is there something I am doing wrong?
Hi, your browser window is not big (tall) enough to display the table. I was able to replicate this by making my browser window very short. You should also close the blue alert box (click the x at top right corner) if it is still there, tho I retired that alert tonight. Can you make your browser window bigger? Maximize?
Please try this and let me know if you see the table as expected.

I sometimes run into this. My laptop screen is very wide but not that tall. I've found that going to Full Screen Mode (F11 on a Windows machine) frees up some real estate. It doesn't reload the Pralana screen when I do that, though. I have to click away and then click back, and I find that I can see more the table that was previously hidden.
Hi Charlie and Todd, Yes, I made my window bigger and got rid of the alert, and both the Cash Flow and Amortization Table for my Rental Property is now showing up. Thank you for the help getting this set up.
