My 2nd newbie question: On the BuildExpensesRental Property Tab under Rent Inflation Rate, it doesn't seem possible to enter an inflation rate is less than whole number percentages. For example, I can enter 2% or 3%, but not 2.5%. Yes, I know I have OCD/data geek issues but... is there way around this?

@humsby You're correct and there is currently no way around this; however, I agree with you that it should be possible and am adding that to our enhancement list.
