@bdodson52 I am new to the calculator and can not login to "Access Pralana Online" either.
Hi Amy, I see you were able to login later in the day on April 16 after Stuart emailed you.
Perhaps you were trying to login directly at pralana.online, I am not sure.
For others seeing this post, subscribers need to login via pralanaretirementcalculator.com
Direct login at pralana.online is for administrators only. Your pralanaretirementcalculator.com username/password will not work at pralana.online.
