What are the specifics of the Family Plan option that seems to be available. 1. How many family members does it support? 2. I have a single plan now, what would the upgrade cost be annually? 3. Is there any one time costs? 4. Does it require separate log in accounts for each member - I plan on doing the plans for two children who probably would never need or want to log in.
@golich428 Sorry that I've been delinquent in getting out some info on the Family Plan. What it does is allow you to create five plans rather than just a single plan under your login. This allows you to create separate plans for family members; they do not have separate logins themselves. The sign-up fee is $40 and the annual cost is $159. This cost is prorated when you upgrade from Pralana Online for individuals based on your current subscription. You can initiate this upgrade via the MyAccount page after logging in. Just click Subscriptions and you'll see the various options.
