Unable to login after clicking "Access Pralana Online". I received the message below. Does anyone else have this problem?

I am a non professional user of pralana for some years. my export file appears good as i was able to load this into my 2024 excel version of pralana. I just upgraded to the platinum online and this error is my first experience with it ? thank you for any assistance. Ed

@schmitt709 You are very kind, I am sorry you had a frustrating experience with this.
For others seeing this, the issue was that one of the Withdrawal Priorities used the PRC Gold "TD(D)" method which is not supported in Pralana Online and Pralana had an execution error trying to calculate the scenario projections. A quick fix was done in the database and a permanent fix is included in the 2025/08/15 release.
