If I cancel my current "Platinum" subscription and then subscribe to "Platinum Family", will my current "Platinum" data automatically appear in my new "Platinum Family"?

@wolfv Yes, and the way to do this upgrade is to login, go to your MyAccounts page, click Subscriptions, and then you'll see the option to get a prorated upgrade from there. The cost will be based on the start date of your current subscription.

Thank you for the prompt reply.

There is no Platinum Family option on:
"My Accounts" page > "Subscriptions" link > "View" button > "Upgrade or Downgrade" button > "Service level".

So this is how upgraded:
Cancel my current "Platinum" subscription and then subscribe to "Platinum Family" on
https://pralanaretirementcalculator.com/product/upgrade-to-pralana-online-from-prc2025/

The Pralana pages and data look like before, with Build, Review, Analyze, and More links at top of the page.
Where do I add additional plans?

@wolfv OK, sorry, I'll be more explicit this time regarding upgrades should be done:

On the MyAccounts page, click Subscriptions and when your list of subscriptions comes up, click View. That will take you to a page where you can see the details of your subscription and can adjust the auto renewal option, payment method, etc. Under the Subscription Totals section, you should see a blue button labeled "Upgrade or Downdrade". That will then take you to a page where you can chose the preferred option (i.e., Platinum Family) from the Service Level menu.

In any case, since you've taken an alternate path, I found and fixed the issue that was preventing you from accessing the Family Plan. Please try again.

I subscribed to "Platinum Family" yesterday.
Today I followed your new instructions and selected "Platinum Family" from the Service level menu.
Then the page said, "You can not switch to the same subscription."

I still don't see where to add additional plans.

Thanks for looking into this.

@wolfv That's because you had already done the upgrade the prior day via a different route. In any case, you should be good to go now with the Family option.

@wolfv If you haven't logged out lately, you'll need to do that. Then, login again and that will pass your family plan membership over to Pralana Online. When it comes up you should see the My Plans link on the nav bar at the top of each page.

Thanks Stuart.

The "My Plans" link is now on the nav bar.
