Trying to upgrade to Online from PRC2024

I'm trying to upgrade from PRC2024 to Online Platinum and the attached jpg shows what I see on the checkout page; $89, then $40, then $89

So, what will I be charged if I upgrade?

@mikeshap It's $40 for the first year and $89/year for renewals.
