I purchased the 2022 Gold version during November. The upgrade link on the members page brings up a checkout for the $49 upgrade. What is the procedure to obtain the post 10/1/22 purchaser free upgrade? Thanks.
Chris, you should be good to go now. I'm just now getting around to updating the database with the free 2023 licenses.

If I've got PRC2023 v1.6 do I need to pay $99 for the latest version?
That's what the Paypal link is telling me it will cost.
Figured it out!
Log all the way into PAYPAL.
Click "Cancel and return to Pralana."
Delete PRC2023 from the shopping cart and the page with the 2023 Upgrade option is presented.
I'm sure its on the website somewhere but I couldn't find the direct link any other way.

@wts Anytime you want to get another download, just login, go to the members-only page and click the Get Now button under Pralana 2023 Gold Updates.

One more thing: How to do this is in the manual and also on the Read Me page that you may have read when you first got PRC2023 🙂
@smatthews51 I closed out of Chrome thus clearing the cache and logging in now take me automatically to the members-only page.

In case anyone else running into caching issues another route to the upgrade is to:
1. Log in to https://pralanaretirementcalculator.com/
2. Click on "MEMBER LOGIN"
This takes you to the dashboard where there's a link to the members only area. See attached
