In both the Quick Start and the Account Initial Balances pages, the tool notes to enter the balances from 2023, not 2024. My version seems correct (2025/01/22 22:45ET). When I look at Analysis items, it looks like it is calculating based on 12/2023 balances.
Not sure if it's just me or what! Do I need to update the starting year somewhere?

Hi and thank you for subscribing. It appears you posted this same question twice, so I will delete the other one.
a) Your plan start year is 2024. So the site is correctly asking for your initial balances as of 12/31/2023: "Initial balances will apply to all plan scenarios and should be balances as of the close of business on Dec 31, 2023 (the day before your plan starts)."
b) Feel free to use the Feedback link at the top right of each page to ask questions specific to your plan. It is quicker for you and provides some context info (like the page your are on) for us to track and respond.
c) You may change your plan start year on either the Build > Quick Start or Build > My Family pages.
I hope this helps. It may be helpful for you to take a read thru the online user manual which is accessible via the green UM link at the top right of every page.
