I searched the forum and found another user had the same issue and the response was to first log in, go to the Members page and click the "big blue button for access to Pralana Online." I don't see that button. Please assist.

@s-c Hi Sandra,
The issue is that you purchased PRC2025 Gold (Excel), not Pralana Online. PRC2025 is our downloadable calculator and the big blue button is how Pralana Online is accessed.
