Happy New Year's Eve (now what do I do?) - Any suggestions for January updates

Happy New Year's Eve! This will be my first January as a Pralana user, and I am wondering what folks do to update their Pralana plan. Is there a list somewhere of standard actions to take. Should I change the plan's starting date? I would guess at a minium, I should update my account balances to match reality. What do you suggest? Thanks, all comments appreciated.
