Sorry, for what's probably a stupid newbie question. I tried inputting different tax rates, but the tax values on the Tablular Projection don't change. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Alana, PRC Gold does all the detailed tax calculations automatically; you cannot control the tax rates it uses. The only thing you can do is tell it (on the Home page) that you expects taxes to increase by some percentage at some point in the future. It'll thing simply multiply its internal calculations by the factor you provide.
