Hello, I purchase a Pralana Gold last week. Following the manual, I entered Income with employment, pension, annuity and social security. However, in the Income Streams of Tabular Projections, there is no Pension Income. I have done many trials, but no luck. Is there a tech support? How do I contact them? Thanks a lot for any help.

It turns out that this was an issue of the user not having pension income selected on the Tab Projections > View Mgmt page for inclusion in the Income View.
