On the input report, at the bottom of one of the early pages, it says withdrawals will be taken in this order, and shows a '1'. Is that supposed to be the text for the chosen withdrawal order?

Yes, it is. It's currently showing a code rather than the text and this will be corrected in v2.3 which will be released in the next few days. Thanks for pointing this out!
