I recently upgraded from PRC-Gold 2024 to 2025 and exported/imported my 2024 data. After working with it for a few days, I noticed that neither of the Copy S1 buttons on the Income Stream Definition page were copying the data. After confirming that Copy S1 worked with my 2024 data in PRC-Gold 2024 and in a new import of my 2024 data in a copy of PRC-Gold 2025, I discovered that after re-entering data in the cells for S1, both Copy S1 buttons worked just for the cells that were re-entered (same .xlsx where it failed before). So any any data that I want copied has to be reentered first in S1. When Copy S1 does not copy a particular cell, simply re-entering that same data in the S1 cell will allow the Copy S1 button to copy that cell. Any ideas why happening?
@lastforever No, and tried to replicate this on my system but was unable. I opened a copy of PRC2024 and then created an export file. Then I imported that into the latest copy of PRC2025 and the import was successful. Then I invoked both of the Copy S1 buttons on the Income Stream Definition page and that worked as well. But I only tested this with a few of the cells. If you're still seeing this issue, is it consistent for all S1 cells or only certain ones? If only certain cells, which ones?
