This is just a cosmetic issue. Even though I scroll all the way leftward, the Home Screen's left side is out of view. See attached screen shot. I have tried different zoom levels and full screen view, but nothing helps. I am using a Mac with Excel version 16.83 (24031120).

It's an Excel for Mac issue, it affects me from time to time too. Go to the Excel menu and under View, select Unfreeze Panes.

@ricke I actually had to do same thing in windows excel 2013.
