Have logged in to my Gold account to download the READ_COMPUTER_ID file to use on my new laptop and nothing downloads.
Then in my member area it says there is no content assigned to this membership. But in the membership details it shows I am Active and bought Gold on July 20th, 2024. I have only downloaded it once on the day I bought it.
Help? Just want to use it on my new larger laptop. Thank you in advance.

@julieleaf9 The best way to get Gold onto your new computer is to login, go to the Members page and get a PRC2024 Gold Update (free). Then, you can do an export from your old computer, migrate it to your new computer, and then import it into the new copy of PRC2024 on your new computer.
