How-do-I Do a Particular Thing in PRC?

When I click on View Mgmt, some of my columns have a bright yellow header. I don't see anything in the manual about this. Can someone tell me what this means please?

Alan,
It doesn't mean anything. Those column headers are highlighted simply because they're new additions for PRC2023 and just intended to call attention to these new fields (which had been requested by multiple users in the past).
