I'm trying to upgrade from PRC2024 to Online Platinum and the attached jpg shows what I see on the checkout page; $89, then $40, then $89
So, what will I be charged if I upgrade?

How do I actually upgrade from PRC 2024 to Gold I also had Platinum earlier. My user id is jsarpal. How can I contact support for upgrade options
@jsarpal I'm not totally sure I understand what you're asking, but it sounds like you're asking about upgrading from PRC2024 Gold to PRC2025 Gold. If that's correct, all you need to do is login and go to the members page where you find the option to do that upgrade for the discounted price of $49. Let me know if I've misunderstood your request.

@jsarpal The cost to upgrade from PRC2024 Gold to Pralana Online is $89, which is the same as the cost of the annual renewal. The text next to that button says "from $89 per year". There are various options, but you have to click the "Select options" button to see them and the associated prices.

@jsarpal No, the family version is for users who want to build plans on behalf of family members. It's all done under a single login.
