In reading the manual, I see that there is supposed to be an "Adopt" button next to the Optimum Withdrawal Order table. The manual says, "If you wish to adopt these optimization results into your baseline, you can just click the “Adopt” button and the optimum settings will be automatically entered into the Withdrawal Order Table for the selected scenario on the Financial Assets/Management page." After clicking the Optimize Withdrawal Order button, I do not see the Adopt button, and the program does not automatically copy the optimized orders to the Financial Assets page. Is there a possibility that I have weird inputs somewhere, which is disabling the button? I thought it might be because I only have one period entered on the Financial Assets page, and the optimized resulted in three periods, so I tried entering two more periods on the FA page, clicked the optimize button again, and still don't see the Adopt button. I've attached a screenshot.

Shelley,

Thanks for keeping me honest! There is nothing wrong with your inputs; this feature simply never got implemented. I'll incorporate that into the next update, which will be v1.6 (no firm date identified as of this minute but it'll be in the near term).

@smatthews51 Thank you so much, Stuart. I appreciate you letting me know that I’m not crazy! Also, just want you to know that your program is fantastic, better than all the tools I’ve tried in the past. I’m still figuring out everything but really enjoying playing with the numbers. My husband and I are one year away from retirement (the tool said we should retire immediately ?). The feature I am most excited about is the Roth conversion optimization ... very helpful and enlightening! Thanks again!
