How-do-I Do a Particular Thing in PRC?

I have a question about the Mode-2 Asset Allocation "Target Asset Location" table on:
- PRC2022 Gold > FINANCIAL ASSETS > Asset Allocation > Target Asset Location table
When I click the <= => arrow buttons, the account names move as intended.
Should the high-priority account be moved to the left or to the right?

The accounts are ordered with the highest priority on the left and the lowest on the right.
