How-do-I Do a Particular Thing in PRC?

Can't seem to find the button to change to Mode 2. Reread the manual 3 times (albeit after 2 glasses of wine) .. can't find it.

It's at the top of the Financial Assets > Management page (it's a toggle switch). I've added a note into both Mode 1 and Mode 2 sections of the manual on how to switch between modes.
