How-do-I Do a Particular Thing in PRC?

is there a way to capture and then export a column of data from PRC display pages? I would like to create chart/graph products in excel.

You can use formulas to replicate that column on the user worksheet page, and then work from that. OR, you can go to the tabular projections page containing the data you want to graph, selected the desired columns and then do a Copy and Paste Values to another spreadsheet.
