As a somewhat longer term Pralana Customer, I’d like to offer just a few words in recognition of the team and exceptional PRC progress.
Stuart & Charlie have steadfastly guided product growth with very responsive support and outstanding targeted development. All diligently focused on User feedback. Overall, exceptional attention to detail creating high fidelity features in every PRC release.
After a career in Quality Assurance (software & firmware for law enforcement, financial systems, medical devices) I can personally attest that PRC evolution has been beyond the speed and quality norm for any product I’ve experienced.
I think as Customers, when interaction with a Company is so positive, it’s easy to become spoiled. To want, or expect, more personal situation specific features or believe our individual technical needs, ideas should be top priority. AFAIK there are 400+ feedback notes to Pralana - Defects are fixed quickly and best effort is made to meet suggestions that serve the majority balanced against product intent.

@bo3b This made my day! Many thanks to you, Bob, for all your help in making Pralana (Gold and Online) better over the years. For those that don't know, Bob has been an active beta tester since before Pralana Online's launch and has spent MANY, MANY hours testing and providing feedback over the last nearly 2 years.
