Tried to find a way to send email to Admin / Charlie Stone but can't figure that out - but I've gotten two of these on clicking "Post" this morning. There's the spinning segments thing, and then it just hangs for 30 seconds. Sometimes it says "submitted" but twice I got this. Key point though is that the post DID in fact submit.
